We’re looking for a Digital Content Designer who blends creativity with structure — someone who can design bold, conversion-driven content while managing the systems that keep our marketing engine running.

The Role

You’ll be the visual and organizational backbone of our content operation — responsible for turning raw assets into cohesive, on-brand graphics, posts, and campaigns that look sharp and perform.

You’ll work closely with our Videographer and Creative Director to design digital assets, manage content workflows, and ensure every creative output aligns with brand and performance goals.

Responsibilities

  • Design visually compelling social graphics, carousels, ads, and branding assets for both agency and client brands

  • Create templates, thumbnails, and campaign visuals that maintain brand consistency

  • Manage the organization, storage, and versioning of all digital assets (video, graphics, copy, etc.)

  • Build and maintain content calendars and creative schedules

  • Coordinate deliverables between the creative and marketing teams

  • Repurpose content across multiple platforms (Meta, TikTok, YouTube, etc.)

  • Track performance insights and assist with optimization recommendations

Requirements

  • Strong graphic design experience (portfolio required)

  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Canva

  • Working knowledge of social media design standards (aspect ratios, hooks, layouts)

  • Strong organization and digital asset management skills

  • Ability to manage multiple creative projects and deadlines simultaneously

  • Bonus: Copywriting experience for social media or ad campaigns

  • Bonus: Experience with brand development or paid media design
